A well-balanced blend of Japanese black tea that goes well with any occasion, such as meals and tea time.
By blending tea leaves that have a unique scent reminiscent of the fertile land of Japanese black tea and a gorgeous scent like Assam, it has a deep flavor that is as good as lemon or milk as well as straight. Even if you have the impression that Japanese black tea has a weak scent, this is a blend that you should definitely try.

2g x 10 packets
Black tea (domestic)

Pour 200ml of boiling water into one tea bag, cover with a small plate or something and let steep for about 5 minutes.
After steeping, gently shake the tea bag to mix the tea, and serve after the thicker part of the tea that has accumulated on the bottom is evened out.

Iced tea
Pour 100ml of boiling water into one tea bag, let steep for about 5 minutes, and then add the same amount of ice as the hot water and let cool at once.
The tea may become cloudy, but this does not affect the quality.

When removing the tag from the tea bag, peel it off slowly to avoid tearing the bag.

Goes well with rich Japanese sweets made with azuki beans or wasanbon, spiced baked goods and bread, cakes and baked goods made with cream or butter, etc. Also good on pancakes and French toast with maple sauce.

It goes well with breakfast items such as buttered toast, as well as meat-based main dishes such as braised beef in red wine or sautéed pork. The tannins in this tea are very strong, so please enjoy pairing it with food as if you were pairing it with red wine.
