Refreshing bitterness reminiscent of fresh greenery, Sencha, which has a strong umami flavor, is combined with the scent of fresh lime. The moment you put it in your mouth, the scent of citrus hits your nose, followed by the sweetness and plumpness of green tea, leaving a pleasant aftertaste.
When brewed hot, the lime aroma is vivid at first, and the tea becomes more flavorful as the temperature drops over time. Please enjoy the passage of taste.
You can also choose to enclose a transparent carrier bag (+20 yen), so it is also recommended as a casual gift.

about our tea

Iced tea, served with water.
For iced tea, mizudashi is recommended.
By brewing slowly in mizudashi, the bitterness is reduced and the flavor of the tea is strongly brought out.

The process is simple: pour 200 ml of room temperature water per tea bag and refrigerate for at least 8 hours (ideally overnight).
If the initial water temperature is too cold, the flavor of the tea will not be extracted properly, so it is important to use purified water or mineral water at room temperature.

This tea also has a beautiful, eye-catching water color. Pouring it into a wine glass when serving will maximize both the water color and the aroma. If you have a wine glass at home, please try it.

Hot
Pour 200ml of boiling water into 1 teabag, cover with a small plate or something and let steep for about 5 minutes.
After steeping, gently shake the tea bag to mix the tea, and serve after the thicker part of the tea has collected on the bottom has been evened out.

When removing the tag from the tea bag, peel it off slowly to avoid tearing the bag.

Sweets
It goes well with fruit-based confections, both Japanese and Western. Sweets with citrus fruits such as lemon and orange are especially recommended. It also goes well with smooth textures such as nerikiri, koshian (sweet bean paste), and agar-agar.

Meal
Since the base is green tea, we recommend pairing it with Japanese food such as yakitori, sushi, and tempura, as well as with Chinese, ethnic, and other assertive dishes. The refreshing aroma of citrus fruits goes well with the niggly flavor characteristic of sencha.
