A chai made by blending several kinds of organic spices such as nutmeg and ginger into fragrant hojicha. In order to bring out the flavor of hojicha, we carefully selected and added gentle spices with a gentle aroma.
The spices gently warm the body, so when you feel cold or tired, it is a tea that you would like to enjoy slowly. Hojicha is also characterized by its low caffeine content, so it is recommended to have it before going to bed.
SAEN Tea's recommended way to drink is to extract it strongly and add milk to make a chai tea latte. For details on how to make it, see "Recommended drinking method" below.

おすすめの飲み方

Chai Tea Latte
Pour 100ml of boiling water into 1 teabag, let it steep for about 5 minutes to make a thick tea, and then add 100ml of warmed milk (vegetable milk such as soy milk is also recommended). It is recommended to add sweetness with sugar or agave syrup.

Hot
Pour 200ml of boiling water into 1 teabag, cover with a small plate or something and let steep for about 5 minutes.
After steeping, gently shake the tea bag to mix the entire tea, and serve after the thicker part of the tea has collected on the bottom has been evened out.

Iced tea
Pour 100ml of boiling water into one tea bag, let steep for about 5 minutes, and then add the same amount of ice as the hot water and let cool at once.
The tea may become cloudy, but this does not affect the quality.

When removing the tag from the tea bag, peel it off slowly to avoid tearing the bag.
